Newsletter March 2021

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY THIS 8 MARCH 2021!

We will celebrate by testing our MOOC, which will soon be ready for launch.

Transnational mid-term seminar

The partners of the Resolution project are currently working on the organisation of a transnational seminar at the mid-term of the project.  This event will take place on the 17th of June and will aim to share the results of the project with a diversity of actors from various European countries and to capitalise on the experiences and feedback of the tools related to intellectual productions. The event will also aim to compare the first results of the project with other work carried out and experiences at the European level in order to draw lessons for the development of the deliverables foreseen in this project.

This event is aimed at a very diverse audience: public and private decision-makers, citizens, European stakeholders in guidance, employment and vocational training.

The event will be organised around several sessions with a round table on the European issues related to the identification and support of people who are far away from employment. A discovery of the project and its tools, with the presentation of the main lines of the project, the online platform and its different sections, is also planned.

ReSolution on the EPALE platform: come and discuss with us!

The ReSolution partners have set up a group on the Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe (EPALE). Funded by Erasmus+, EPALE is an open, multilingual European community of adult education professionals: adult educators and trainers, guidance and support staff, researchers and academics, and policy makers.

The title of our group is “Training to (re)mobilise people far from employment” (in French: Se former pour (re)mobiliser les publics éloignés de l’emploi) and aims to exchange methodologies for improving the skills of European professionals in charge of the social or professional support of people far away from employment.

Join us on EPALE by subscribing to the group and enrich your skills and your network!

IDEIS, AN ORGANISATION AT THE SERVICE OF ALL THE PUBLICS IN ITS TERRITORY!

IDEIS, located in Montbéliard, in the north-east of France, is an association created in 2015. In order to provide free support to all groups (jobseekers, employees, temporary workers, schoolchildren, employers, etc.) and to meet their needs, we have a number of services at our disposal:

. IDEIS Local mission for people under 26 years old
> A tailor-made accompaniment
IDEIS Mission Locale advisers provide support and propose solutions adapted to each situation (employment measures, mobility assistance, access to independence, etc.).
For example, implementation of a Youth Guarantee scheme for NEETs under the age of 26, which enables them to develop their professional experience and self-confidence in order to access employment or training more quickly, while benefiting from personalised follow-up with a counsellor for 12 months.

. IDEIS for all inhabitants
> Free services for all publics in the “Cité des métiers” area to enable all target audiences in our territory to access the services:
. To benefit from free, walk-in advice on employment/training issues,
. To have free access to digital spaces to carry out their procedures,
. To participate in events proposed by IDEIS and its partners.

. Enterprises & Territory
> A team of Territorial Relay Advisors (TRA)
This team intervenes in different public places, as close as possible to the inhabitants by proposing innovative actions in the form of original events such as Recrut’ Cafés, Recrut’ Sports, etc.

> Support for companies and recruiters
A team is at the side of the companies to:
. Advise them on recruitment projects and HR questions;
. Promote their professions and sectors to the inhabitants of the Territory;
. Promote socially responsible purchasing.
